I've got 2 loans with electronic signatures from 2008. Haven't seen the 'agreements yet'

Are there any ways these can be beaten?

I know about dodgy DN's, but these might be ok. Any other possibilities?

Depends what you mean by 'beat'!

You presumably accept that you entered into these Agreements. They are almost certainly enforceable.

I would say you are legally bound to pay these debts.

The only person entitled to your Personal Finance details is a Judge not a DCA

Move all banking activity to another banking group if you have a dispute - your funds can be used to offset debts within the same group.

Be careful with Banking details (card/account numbers) as these can be used to take unauthorised payments.

Why would you want to "beat" them? Did you take the loans intending not to pay?

i doubt that anyone here would assist you to do that

I am a lawyer, but I am an academic lawyer. I do not practice as a barrister or solicitor. You should consult a practising Solicitor BEFORE taking any Court or other action

This is not a debt avoidance site.
