I received the following this morning. I am in the process of contacting payplan. This was after i informed them that i have no income coming in, so it was in their best interest to accept a f&f amount. Oh this is for a credit card.

 

 

Further to your recent communication regarding your acount, i enclose a Financial Statement for you to complete and return to this office as quickly as possible.

 

Please note, if we take further action based upon your Financial Statement, your account will be reported to the Credit Reference Agencies as a Default. This will remain on your file for up to 6 years and may severely affect your ability to obtain credit elsewhere.

 

Please note, the bank is unable to defer repayments to the account and you will continue to receive statements and correspondence until your reply has been received.

 

Shall i fill in the form and send it or should i wait to see what happens with payplan?

Wait for payplan, are these cretins aware that you have payplan on the case?

 

have you checked for the agreement with a cca request?

Nah these cretins are not aware i have payplan on the case.

 

I am going through payplan after Halifax advised me to do so after i contacted them in regards to not being able to make payments.

 

I will have to contact the cretins for the cca.
