It is recommended that enforcement should only be carried out between the hours of 6.00am and 9.00pm or at any time during trading hours, existing legislation must be observed.


unfortunately yes they can come at that time in the morning


they cant remove goods without a walking possession agreement (levy) and if they have done this they must give you a date and time to remove goods

Is it a County Court bailiff or private. What sort of debt are they calling for?
