wondered if anyone could give me some advice, i want to send off a sar to m&s, i have my account no but i have refinanced the loan several times from 1998 onwards and dont have all of the old loan account nos, if i send of a sar with my current loan number will the info come back for all of the loans ive had with them and all the separate agreements? thanks in advance :)

Hi,

 

I say 'should', because a lot of the time they don't, sometimes depends on the Subject Access Request you send, I'll try to find a good one :)

 

This one is more geared towards DCA's but it also mentions agreements, a lot of Banks ect, just end up sending you a list of charges so you might try using this one............
