Two years ago I asked to be included in the company pension scheme (only the company to pay in ) was told by my director she would start it for me. She kept putting ot off saying that she was not sure what was the best thing to do with the company pension scheme and that she was changing the broker. She told me not to worry and that she would put a lump sum in for me.

May this year she finally started my pension with 1 month of payments.

In June I got made redundant, am I entitled to back pension payments?

Thanks.

I am aware that my employers pension scheme allows repayment should someone leave within 2 years, I expect its similar for most, you will be taxed on this money as it is taken from salary before tax is deducted.
