If these are your first charges, then you can call them to see if they will refund any of them. Sometimes as first time charges, they will. And its always worth a try.

Also is there any reason you need advantage gold account. They take that payment every month, and most of the time the standard account is just as efficent.

Have you had any charges on the account before?

Have you received any refunds before as a gesture of goodwill?

had a couple of charges no refunds, i only wemt o/d by 2p and got chrged nearly £60, they just palmed me of and i paid charges

They won't refund if you call them by telephone so you need to start the process of reclaiming your charges back.

One further question, do you have Advantage Gold account for any reason? Do you use the benefits of the account because if you don't then you are giving the bank over £150 for no obvious return.

Personally I can tell you. There was no bank error no they are declining the refund.

I hope they don't but if they do then start the process of reclaiming charges.

I would have declined the refund in their position as there is no bank error. Is the links to the bank reclaiming process on your signature? If it is(cos i have signatures switched off) then start the process.
