Good Morning All

I just need some advice please.

Buy special delivery no less I received my S.A.R. request from B.O.S.

I was just wondering what I should have received in this.

They have sent me loads of statements, details of all telephone calls, my change of address details and information that is held with Blair, Oliver and Scott which is just details again of all telephone calls made to me.

Please if someone could tell me if this is all I am supposed to receive I would most appreciate it as I need to know what to do next,

Thanks

Judi

If you are wanting to reclaim excessive charges it sounds like you got what you need.

Hi There

Sorry I should have made myself clearer this S.A.R. request is for a credit

card and not for a bank account.

thanks

Hi There.

That's what I thought. I realised the CCA Agreement was not in there almost straight away.

They have sent me a CCA request when I requested it some time ago but this was completely unenforceable as it was just a copy of my application for and some terms and conditions. I am assuming they presume they do not need to send me one with the S.A.R Request as they think they have already done so.

All there is is one photocopied page of my application form. This has on it

my name, address my work address and my home telephone no.

Please could any one advise what I can do next please.

Thanks

Judi

send the account in dispute letter if the agreement is unenforceable, also look at all the statements and work out if there are any charges you can claim back

Hi There.

This is going to seem really stupid but how do you know what charges you can claim back I would not know where to start.

Thanks
