I need to obtain copies of bank statements going back to 1994 for a lloyds account closed in 2000 in connection with a legal case. Would these still be available and how would I obtain them from lloyds?

thanks

Mel

It might be to late to go back eight years , but i would definately send the Subject access request , you never know

If they do have them then they are required by law to give them to you , send them this letter http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/content.php?552-Data-Protection

good luck
