My wife came home tonight. She is a nurse, she works as a disability assessment nurse.


4 and a half months into her new job.


Been told, they made a mistake by empoying her, as they can't get insurance to cover her.


Agreed she done nothing wrong, no lies ect ect.


Went to London for a month training.


She has been told to turn up Monday and they will end her contract.


They must have some legal responsibility to find the appropriate cover for her.


She even had the original job advert, which they had printed incorrectly.


She gave all her official papers to prove "her jobs worth/skills"


What can she do?
