Life is a bitch, sometimes it can just help to clear the air a little.

I'd like to know the answer to two questions:

Please assume that all alleged agreements are over 10 years old and that no signed copies have been provided.

If there is no signed agreement (not application forms, not other rubbish that they send under the CCA request) - if there is no signed agreement stipulating the mandatory conditions, is the bottom line that you turn up at court and get your balls out (metaphorically) and stick with the "where is my signature?" question?

The other question is that assuming the above works, can you then force Equifax et al to remove the information about you.

I don't care how difficult either process is - and I am not asking for the procedures etc, I am simply asking the bare stripped essential questions...

Is question 1 a "given", eventually, done correctly?

Is question 2 a "given", eventually, done correctly?

Many thanks,
