Hi

I sent a Subject Access Request to Llyods TSB along with the £10 fee and today received a handful of statments from 2003 and then a gap and a few for 2004 then none since but a sheet stating some late fees since 2004 should they not have sent me everything including opening date of account and ALL statements since that date?

That is about data only going back 6 years. However on 19th March 2009 the FSA wrote to all bank with regards to 13.5 on data retention. The bank have to provide statements/charging information back at least to 27th July 2001 as per the FSA waiver.

Sent them a letter stating that they had not complied with my request and they have now sent me a 4 page form asking for name, address etc a further £10, reason for enquiry, account numbers for any accounts held with them, date of when my last interview was with their inhouse consultant and account manager card numbers, mortgage account numbers. Anyone had one of these

THEY are stalling,

Read my thread again and stick to your time scales.

You are in charge here, not them!

Do you have proof of delivery of your original request?

Was the cheque/postal order cashed?

On the original SAR you sent they would have sent a covering letter with a reference number on, send a strongly worded letter stating that you have already given £10 and they haven't complied. State the missing data and tell them they have 7 days to respond or you will make a complaint to the ICO(I would make one to the FSA with regards to a breach of 13.5 re data retention).
