Hi Does anybody know where I would send a Subject Access request to for the Royal Bank of Scotland in Edinburgh. THis is for my In-laws as they have paid so much PPI insurance over the years since 2000 (which they shouldn't have as they were not employed for more than 16 hours and were made to believe if they did not take the PPI then they would not get the loans. (These loans are all paid off but PPI amounts to approx. 10K. We Subject Accessed their own branch last week by RECORDED DELIVERY and surprise there is no sign of it having been delivered on Royal Mail Track & Trace and the branch are denying all knowledge and saying that they do not know what we are talking about when we say "Subject Access Request". Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
