Or to the debt collection agency sending me the threatening letters?

Thanks for your help

(Sorry I'm a newb)

Send to the DCA.

As the Original Creditor's agent, they have a duty under s175 of CCA 74 to pass your request on.

Don't be fooled by any bullshine saying that they will take longer than 12 + 2 days to respond and/or that they will charge you for the costs incurred.

You only have to supply a £1 postal order and, don't sign the letter, print your name.

If you feel I've helped then by all means click my star to the left...a simple "thank you" costs nothing! ;)
