Hi All,

I recently cancelled my T-Mobile contract, mainly due to poor signal, phone failure, and the propsect of getting a discounted phone on O2 with work.

However, since having cancelled the contract my phone signal has been much weaker than usual (i'm aware T-Mobile is notoriously poor on this anyway). Places where i would normally have had good reception, are now very weak and my phone states 'emergency calls only' on a much more frequent basis.

Has anyone experienced anything at all similar with T-Mobile or any other provider?

I imagine this just sounds like the ramblings of a paranoid phone user but thought i'd ask anyway.

Cheers

Tom

Base Transmitting Stations are reconfigured and often come n or off for various operational reasons depending on where thy are located in the 'chain' serving your area. A way of finding out is to call customer services with your postcode, and thy can check the live network and advise if there are BTS's down for maintenance and when an estimated time for it to be back n service is known.
