Hi All, i have sent two letters to littlewoods from money saving expert web site saying firstly, i want my fees back as i belive there unfair, then a second one saying the same thing with the treat of court, plus a schedule of fees. I have also called them saying i'm in sever hardship and can only pay a pond a month, to which they said, you will still get charged fees and get defaults and it will then be passed on to a dca, which it has now.

I thought as i had disputed their charges they counld not pass it on to a dca and if they can whats my next step. I hope someone can help

Thank you

p.s i am aslo getting ready for the N1 but dont know if i still put littlewoods or the dca,

You put littlewoods on the N! - it was them that applied the unlawful charges.

Send the DCA a request under s78 of the Consumer Credit Act for a copy of your agreement and statement of account. Send a £1 PO and remind them that they have 12 days to comply.

You can use one of the credit card ones, suitably modified (ie change the name)

Well done on the NW payout :D
