I know it as probably been covered somewhere else but I cannot find it

 

Does the Dn have to say something like 'if this payment is not received then the contract will be terminated and Blah Blah' or can it simply say

 

What will we do if you do not correct your Breech

 

We will refer your account to our solicitors and we will claim what is owed us through the courts

The point you raised is answered in the Consumer Credit (Enforcement, Default and Termination Notices) Regulations 1983 (SI 1983/1561)
