dont know what Fester's on about????

If I could write the letter (and not drop myself in it) I wouldnt ask for any help.

I would help anyone if I could.

Guidance on the letter to sort my problem with Welcome would be great.

Hi K1mmie,

Probably best to start another thread (with your uploaded agreement minus your personal details)

look at the dates,

when you had the money

whether you went to their office/how you signed?

look at statements (how much they loaned you)

This will all show you that you have dodgey agreements me thinks, not up to speed on ppi though sorry!

hope that helps,

Guys, a post was unapproved, which is why Fester's post looks out of context.

I also think that the key is to ask questions. The only silly question is the question that wasn't asked, my owld mum used to say! (She'll kill me calling her owld, as well!)

:)
