My o/h bought a new pc from PC World in November.

It's now going to be returned for the third time in a couple of weeks, for a repair they can't seem to diagnose properly.

Can we insist on getting get our money back or ask for a new pc?

I think you are entitled to either of the options you mention as they are now after all this time in breach of your statutory rights.
