Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help please? I wasn't sure where to post this.

I was given several cheques from one of my creditors and I paid them into my Barclays bank account.

I am in the process of serving some legal action on his company and my solicitor has requested that I get copies of these cheques to help my case (long story!)

I was wondering if Barclays do take microfiche or microfilm copies of all cheques, as I have come across some evidence on the internet that indicates that they do. However, my local business manager says it is not possible. I personally think she is just not being helpful to me.

Does anyone know if this is possible? There is a large amount of money at stake for me here, so I would like to do what I can!

Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks. I'll certainly give this a go. I keep being referred to my business manager and she keeps turning me away. I'm running around in circles!

I am 100% certain that you can get copies of the cheque and I think you need to put it in writing specifically with the dates that the cheque(s) were paid into the account. Explain that they are required for a legal case against a company. If it is cheques that were returned unpaid there may be another way of dealing with this.
