Hi all

Just wanted some views on what would be the upshot of using an account, upon which you have recd a CCA and are arguing that it doesn't meet the terms of the act ... would it be considered as fraud.. as you are using an account, which you are think can't be enforced in law?

Just a Q I thought of when reading another thread, and wondered what tack the creditor would take ..... and what you guys thought .. :)

the idea of requesting the agreement is to see whether it is a valid and enforceable agreement, if on reciept you deem it not to be for what ever reason then it would also stand to reason that you should not be able to use the said card, but if you did then they could argue that you accept the agreement as it stands, therefore any monies/services used were used in full agreement of the state of the said credit agreement.

Yeah Agreed!

It's the same as questioning an increase in your rent and arguing that it is too high.

If you begin paying the new rent rate, it is then deemed that you have agreed to it!:(:(

Something I wish I had found out before:|

Who ever heard of someone getting a job at the Jobcentre? The unemployed are sent there as penance for their sins, not to help them find work!

bit like having ones cake and eating it.........

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
