Hi,

I have now received the defence through from Abbey and had the court changed to Kingston (closest to where I live).

One other question I have is, since I put the claim through I've had at least an extra £300 taken out of my account in charges. Do I have to wait till this claim is through before I lodge another or can I somehow add these charges to the existing claim?

Also, do I now just wait until a court date is set or is there some way of hurrying the process along?

Any answers would be fantastic.

Anthony

I answered your other post not realising you are with the Abbey. so the woolwich nos are no use to you. I would ring the person who has been replying to your letters and I'm almost positive they will settle. No one has been to an allocation hearing yet to my knowledge. good luck

regards

I've had a voicemail off James Arrandale at Abbey about my claim. Intrigues to hear what he has to say.

If he makes an offer, how do I accept?

And do I still go to Kingston tomorrow, as it says on the form if I don't turn up then the case may be thrown out.

I was offered the full amount today. faxed the form accepting etc

However, it hasn't been credited to my account.

If it's not there tomorrow morning, I will have to go the Court and show them the offer.
