Hello (again!)

I am filling in my claim on the VERY handy PDF you have, as I only have a Visa Electron so have to do it by hand. Just wanted to check a couple of things.

1: Who do I make my cheque payable to? And where do I post it?

2: - okay make it one question as I've sorted the rest :)

Thanks again so so much! x

As far as I'm aware you make it payable to "HMRC" [i.e.Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs], but I'm not 100% certain. Anyone else know for sure?
