attached are 2 loan agreements for new vehicles. These are customer copys , not copies of the originals. i dont know if the originals were signed or if they even have them.

Is it worth sending a cca request in the hope that they dont reply in time?

Hi landersd

Both agreements seem to be properly executed and therefore enforceable (I haven't checked the numbers).

By "sendng a cca request in the hope that they dont reply in time", I presume you mean that they miss the statutory period and thereby put themselves in default.

This wouldn't help you much as, as soon as they did send a copy, their default would end. Secondly, if they didn't send a copy at all and, for instance, you tried to get the debt written off on the basis they didn't have an enforceable agreement when you actually do have a copy, that would be fraud.

On this site, we try to help people who are in financial difficulties or who are being badly treated by creditors. We do not support people trying to renege on legitimate debts.

In short, the answer toyour question is probably, "no".
