Why let your bank keep your money? Calculating your charges claim

Not everyone who borrows money does so irresponsibly.

 

Sure, there may be some who borrow when they should not, but many find themselves unable to repay debts because of circumstances beyond their control.

 

Of course, you're entitled to your opinion but your post will be offensive to many who find CAG a source of support when they have fallen on hard times.

How many sites have Trolls on them who try to lambast people who are in difficulty? a lot, and some are so called administrators - take a certain chap who is on ITV at times saying how to save money etc, he sold his site if I remember correctly I put two threads on there and low and behold 3 Administrators came on the scene within hours lambasting me and making false allogations, so one wonders if big businnesses are trying to close down certain consumer sites in the long run>

This forum is actually quite sickening at times.

If you borrow money from the bank that it is not yours then you should pay for it.

 

If you can't afford it then don't borrow it. Live within your means and take some responsibility for dealing with your own finances.

Hi welcome to CAG,

Since the OFT lost the test case on charges in 2009 it is virtually impossible to claim back bank charges, but PPI if missold is reclaimable.

Noooooo, you don't want to give up on the reclaiming of your PPI.
