Not sure of the legalities but i think it would depend on how often you get paid

My hubby is paid 4 weekly and hasnt had his yet

I would think probably within 6 weeks of the start of the new tax year is within reason

Its just my son is still waiting for his. He has been taxed all year as if it was a second income when its his only incme so he is due a tax rebate. Tax office told him to send it to them as soon as he gets it so we are just hoping its not gone awol in the post as other half has had his and Ive had mine.

YW

If your son is in contact with the tax office i would get him to ask them when he is likely to receive it, bearing in mind it is made up by the employer so they might only be able to give a rough estimate ;)

P60's should be issued to employees within 46 days of the end of the contribution year.
