Whats LB?

I am amazed the joining figure has been put in writing, because RLP are very secretive about that!!

Orange I am.

You need to hit the quote button on my post(bottom right) to actually see the correct name as it will appear in the unedited post on here as something silly. If you google it you will see that it is a smaller reclaim site(my username on LB is NatWestStaffMember).

Something was wrong here. The post was different from the quote. Sorted now though.

Yourbank had posted that on another site evidence had been posted regarding Tesco's relationship with RLP. In particular, that it was Tesco policy not to involve RLP in the case of under-16s, and where police had not been called. In addition, there was mention of the percentage of money collected paid to Tesco by RLP if successful, and that Tesco apparently paid £2k to join RLP's gang.

Hmn Thanks for that.

Tesco do not feature in many cases that we have seen on here-in fact only 1 or 2 out of dozens.

As for the other supermarkets RLP deal with-CO-OP

Lidl Netto Sommerfield and Waitrose,I dont think we have seen any.

The whole system of loss prevention relies in the main on a case involving Tesco's were a convicted shoplifter was successfully sued for compensation - note the word convicted & also note that is why the police are involved from the outset even in the most trivial of cases because without that involvement RLP cannot pursue a claim against the victim - needless to say ACPO's fingerprints are all over this recent development no doubt in the name of fighting crime

Yes porkies abound.

Though its true to say-RLPs tone has changed very much over the last few months.

They have redesigned their website and changed their templated letters-if it is true that Tesco paid them 2 grand for their services then that will not cover much in regards to changing these signs.....somehow I dont see RLP paying for the changes.
