Hi, I hope somebody can point me in the right direction, I have been going through mine, and my husbands bank statements online.There are three accounts, two with LLOYDS TSB and one with A&L, My husbands which are both with Lloyds have had quite big charges, the first one since Feb 2004 has had £537.85 in charges, the second has £972.70 since July 2002 and the A&L one has £249.00 since Jan 2006 I just went back as far as I could online and added everything that said charge together, I would be very grateful for advice on what I should do and whether we are in a good position to get anywhere with this I am not stupid but very confused as to where to start

Welcome. The best thing you can do is to spend time readingm the FAQs and around the forum. There is a lot of information to take in so take your time. It will be time well spent. Having done this, come back if you have questions.
