My LBA deadline is nearly up. Am ready to take court action. I have been claiming for my old currant account, I have just recieved my credit card statements and have a total of £160 worth of charges. What Im wondering is, can I add these charges for the credit card onto my currant account claim at its LBA stage or will I have to start another claim?

Hope this makes sense, need to know fast as my deadline is nearly up. Can only afford one court costs at present as well.

Thanks in advance

You're talking about two totally separate accounts and they should be treated as such. You can't go straight to court action for your credit card when you haven't asked for the charges to be given back yet

These claims are getting tougher and tougher, talk about dragging them out!!!
