I have just received a response from sky card ( barclay card) they have sent me a letter saing please fid attached a copy of your signed credit agreements and terms and conditions.

 

What i have received is one sided photocopy stating the below, then lots of terms then at the end my original signature.

 

SKY CARD APPLICATION

credit card agreement regulated by the consumer credit act 1974

 

it then has 2 seperate papers with their t&c's?

 

to me it looks like the application form, however can the application form also be the cca??

 

any advice please?

Hi,

 

Yes, an application form can be an agreement BUT only if it contains the key terms of the agreement.

The best thing you can do is to post the "agreement" on the forum (making sure you hide your personal stuff)
