All good so far. Nearly missed the train because of roadworks but luckily it was 2 minutes late and pulled into the platform as we got there. I can recommend the Foundation Bar in Covent Garden for half price cocktails!

This is great.... Read the words then start singing 'My favourite things' (Sound of Music)

Enjoy:-D

Julie Andrews Turning 79 - this is hysterical!

To commemorate her birthday , actress/vocalist, Julie Andrews made a special appearance at Manhattan 's Radio City Music Hall for the benefit of the AARP. One of the mus ical numbers she performed was 'My Favorite Things' from the legendary movie 'Sound Of Music'. Here are the lyrics she used:

(Sing It!) - If you sing it, its especially hysterical!!!

Botox and nose drops and needles for knitting,

Walkers and handrails and new dental fittings,

Bundles of magazines tied up in string,

These are a few of my favorite things.

Cadillacs and cataracts, hearing aids and glasses,

Polident and Fixodent and false teeth in glasses,

Pacemakers, golf carts and porches with swings,

These are a few of my favorite things.

When the pipes leak, When the bones creak,

When the knees go bad,

I simply reme mber my favorite things,

And then I don't feel so bad.

Hot tea and crumpets and corn pads for bunions,

No spicy hot food or food cooked with onions,

Bathrobes and heating pads and hot meals they bring,

These are a few of my favorite things.

Back pain, confused brains and no need for sinnin',

Thin bones and fractures and hair that is thinnin',

And we won't mention our short shrunken frames,

When we remember our favorite things.

When the joints ache, When the hips break,

When the eyes grow dim,

Then I remember the great life I've had,

And then I don't feel so bad.

>>>>>>>>>>>>> > >>>>>>>>>>>> >>>>>>>

(Ms. Andrews received a standing ovation from the crowd

that lasted over four minutes and repeated encores. Please

share Ms. Andrews' clever wit and humor with others who

would appreciate it.)

So I have!

Two Thai girls asked me if I'd like to go bed with them, they said it would be just like winning the lottery! I agreed, and they were right. We all stripped off and to my horror, we had six matching balls!

If all else fails, kick them where it hurts and SOD'EM;)

The lyrics that Julie Andrews used when she turned 79 in "these are a few of my favourite things". Couldn't help but laugh!

Please note that although my advice is offered, you should consult your legal representative before taking ANY action.

seeing photos of Cameron dawdling along with some Indian milti millionaires 'who we no doubt helped along the way' and Cameron with the blue turban on and parading past the Golden temple that had got a fresh lick of paint and re-gilded finials etc 'wonder who paid for that spruce up too'

yes made me smile seeing him in that getup but also made me angry knowing we're paying for his latest holiday 'and stich up' while we poorer UK citizens are on the road to nowhere...............I did smile but am not now thinking about it
