Getting home and finding a reply from Robinson Way

Please note we have not yet received a response from the original seller. This note is to let you know that we are continuing to seek an update, we will let you know the responses as soon as we hear, your account remains on a temporary delay.

Thank you for your patience

He he, they won't get a reply from the original seller (I assume Capital One - coz they didn't have documents when it went to court before!)

This is also going to Anne Widdicombe who is bringing up my case with the CSA on her return.

Getting into a size 12 - first time since I was 18 (am now 30). Have gone from an almost size 20 since February :-). Also, the OH told me how good I looked today which really made me smile AND being told by someone (who was not the OH) that I have a nice bum......been one of those lovely days today.

Peter Andre has set a date to start having s*x again, Thursday 22nd October. It's a lovely reason for me to pop corks, have champers and celebrate for him. We could have a national 'make love not war' fest in recognition!

'As ever it was all about him. This is a man who Googled himself every night before going to sleep' A quote by a past girlfriend of Russell Brand.

Being told by my Doctor this morning that a lump I've got (where I shouldn't have a lump) has been confirmed not to be the 'C' I've been dreading, and is entirely harmless.

Excellent news Beachy soooo pleased for you.. ;):D

Remembering the look of astonishment on an opposing solicitors face recently, when the DJ only awarded him fixed costs of approx £200-ish for an 'undefendable' Fast Track claim that his clients brought, which has taken several years and numerous court hearings to reach a conclusion and thus bought valuable time for someone to get back on their financial feet again.

Don't ya just lurrrve the summarising speeches bit of it all eh? ;)

:D:D:D Tra-la-la

Nice one MTM. the sooner these DCAs realise they can no longer automatically gert 'judgement by default' and people not standing up to them the more they will have to come up with new tactics.

I love it when the 'other side's legal bod' is made to feel small... had that done twice in person, once in the court reception area and six times when I have helped people prepare defences.

The news about 1st Credits losses made me smile yesterday and today... how many more are now 'withdrawing from chasing front line debts' or whatever phrase they are using - shows what challenging them does.

Well done to all CAGGERS who succeed in court agains the opposition.

What made me smile? Well, I was just coming to add on "my new i-touch" which is fantastic, does everything but cook (and I am planning to teach it how to), but now I have to add Clemma's weight loss (although it is a bit of a jealous smile, I confess ) and Beachy's lump

I'm so pleased you are okay, Beachy. :)

Driving home from the school run I saw a man just opening the back of his estate car and one of his two dogs leapt in before it was even properly opened. He was a spaniel with big floppy ears and he obviously just couldn't wait to get going. He was just soooo excited about the trip. :)
