Around the 13th February I contacted this company with a request to take a tax free lump sum from my two pensions with them. Not only did they send documentation second class but they have been applying delaying tactics with the 'turnaround time' for matters to be dealt with after receiving correspondence from me as 15 working days every time they have sent something to me to sign The last lot of documentation was received by them on the 15th April. It has now been 56 working days since my request was made and all I have received is £550 from one pension plan and £75 as an annual pension. The other two larger ones make up to £4,500 and so far have not materialised. Despite numerous telephone requests as to why they haven't paid out. Has anyone else had a problem with this company? All documentation is up to date and there is nothing more to be sent to them. The two that have been paid out are less than I was quoted at the time.

Welcome to the site.A quick search does not throw up much on CAG about Windsor specifically.

Theres the Pensions advisory service and also the Pensions ombudsman who could offer you some recourse.

I will move your thread to general consumer issues as there may be someone there who can give specific advice.

I was doing paraplanning this time last year and Windsor Life were the bain of my life. Unfortunately there isn't much you can do to rush them along as they appear to do everything in their own sweet time. The only thing I can suggest is a formal complaint. Not sure how they have calculated your income but if they calculate lump sum and income on the day that they get round to it, you could try and find out if the valuation was higher on the day that all documentation was complete so you may be able to request compensation on the difference?
