unsecured personal loan.....stated secured joint loan on credit file?

SAR.was well worth a tenner showed D.O.B of fictious second applicant.

totaly different work details/employer details...sis is self employed works from home and has done for 18 years accounts given to get the loan..think the answer to that may be.....miss sold ppi

 

that would be the same ppi that

a. would not have been able to claim

b.did not exsist

c.payed for 16 months and somebodies cat must have had it,as it was not payed into the policy number ,you know the same number that did not exsist.

 

anyway just incase a guest is from the stoke branch,please remind them that she is still waiting to be taken to court,we did suggest it 6 months ago.

 

and a tip just incase you survive and carry on with your tactics.

when your company rep pre fills in the cca before bringing it out to the applicant to sign;)make sure that when the applicant signs on tuesday.your date says tuesdays date not SUNDAY.

Why doesn't WF reply to letters unlike every other Company,Bank, Building Society that I have ever dealt with down the years and consider itself so superior.

 

letters should of course be answered, and from my experience it depends on where the letter is sent as to how quickly it gets dealt with

 

just try and send it to the correct department, if you want to complain then send it to complaints, if you want to VT a car send it to VT, simple i know, but every week hundreds of hours are spent shuffling

You know we welcome all sections-and that includes those who can offer constructive answers to those asking some questions that they should be in a position to answer.

But first and foremost CAG is here for Consumers and those who dont need to have more grief than they have experienced before coming here.

Closing threads on account of one or two who see fit to outstay their welcome is not something we should be doing-there are other options available for dealing with such situations-and moderation is one of those.
