Hi,

I recently applied for Virgin's services and they said I could not as an amount for NTL was still outstanding. I completely forgot about this about 5 years ago, when i hit financial trouble.

Can they still chase this when i have not heard from them for years.

I really need their services, do you have infro that would help me on what to do next......

Thanks inadvance

they can chase you for 6 years after that the Statute of Limitations applies, also they can deny you any service at all, in perpetuity, they are under no obligation to supply you with a service.
