Non compliance of a Subject Access Request

I notice that several Welcome 'customers' are not getting responses to their Subject Access Requests, if they fail to respond to the SAR within 40 days, then you can report them to the ICO (who take their time !!) OR you can issue a LBA (LETTER BEFORE ACTION) enclose the letter with a copy of your original request and the recorded delivery slip (if you have proof of the £10 fee you sent then also good)
