Hi all i have completly lost it with HSBC if i get my money back and they close my account it would do me a favour. In the past 2 months i have been charged £75 and £125 the reason i keep getting charged is there bloody charges push me into the overdraft. i was only £100 overdrawn and yet they charge me £125?!?

 

Well i have sent off my request for the charges they have given me which only account to £385 but £200 of it coming out in the last two months. The thing i find is that i requested the statements in May and have never been charged so much before i requested the details. They also asked me to confirm my contact details when i went into my local branch today?!?

Hi Steve

You obviously have the Internet so why not get your statements online – see step 3 on the Link below. Why give them 40 days to earn profit on YOUR money. check that they have not charged you before
