I sent the initial letter back in February and received a reply back from them saying they would reply by 23rd March. I haven't had a reply on this one - do I send a second letter or do something else?

I have had letters back from RBS/Egg credit card & loan saying they have looked into the matter and get lost.

Any advice please??? What is the FOS that people are contacting and how do I do that??

If you have have received final response letters from the companies regarding mis sold PPI then you can take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.

You can download a complaint from from their website.

Have you had a look at other PPI threads to see what action other people have taken.
