Hi

 

Transport for All can help with applications such as applications for Freedom Pass, Bluebadge, Taxicard, Dial-a-Ride ...... etc and if your application wasnt successful then they can appeal on the decision.

 

They also take up complaint for example, if you are awheelchair user and you tried to get on a bus and the ramp wasnt working or maybe the driver wouldnt let you get on the bus than TfA can complain on behalf you ....
