I have been battling with my bank to return bank charges for months now and coming across this site has been a godsend for useful information and now i'm hoping to be one of those that gets my money back! I'm already thinking of the things I could buy with the refund chq! So I thought I'd return the favour and share a site I've started using to track calls that's free and really useful. I'm new to forums so hope this is ok to do. The site is called myfrofro.com, I find it really simple way of logging calls, who i spoke to and when, what was agreed etc. There's also a useful directory of phone numbers. I like the reminder bit the best which sends me an email to remind me to call my bank back and make sure they're dealing with my request and complaints! Hope this is useful to others out there dealing with those horrid call centres! :)
