Hi All

 

I kicked off my requests for my CCA in early feb 09.

To date have sent off my 2 section 78 letters and one CPR request.

 

To date I have heard nothing ..not a peepout of Virgin.

 

How are they responding in general ??

 

It is a £20K + card so i guess there not keen to chat to me !!!

 

Any experinces to date ??

Any typos spelling mistakes are due to leprechauns in my keyboard they move the letters around sometimes (amended just for Bookie)

They'll be keen to chat to you if you stop paying or reduce the amounts:D:D:D

 

They usually respond quite quick to CCA requests even though its normally just t&c. Could be worth checking they have received it if you sent it by recorded delivery.

I am officially a plonker !!

 

I did received their T & Cs as a result of of my first 2 CCA letters.

 

I have fired off a challenge letter to their T & Cs and also fired off the first CPR letter and a SAR request.
