I was a bit impatient like you so I called up DG on Thursday just to make sure they had received my breakdown of charges (which i faxed to them on the 19th). I had a call back on Friday to say that yes they had received the fax and I should receive a letter from them mid week, which would be a day late as they have till Tuesday to enter a defense or i win.

I think they must be snowed under, bu i'm a strong beleiver that 'good things come to those who wait'!!

Good luck!!

Hurrah!

The post has arrived and here is my letter from DG offering the full amount!!! ( With a confidentiality clause which I shall naturally cross out.)

OK....quandary time! Since issuing my claim I have been charged a FURTHER £125!!! and I suspect another £125 will be added next month. Should I respond to DG by adding these figures or should I just start a second claim?

You would need to start the process again for the remaining £125.

So as for this claim, it means you've won!!

Congratulations!!!
