Please could someone have a look at the item tesco sent regarding requesting a cca

 

posted original letter 3 March

 

received nothing back within time frame

telephoned them was told the graphic data dept was dealing with it

a lady said they would email documents to her and she would send them on

I can't make all of it out, but if it doesn't contain a credit limit, terms of repayment or %APR then it's unenforceable.

Hi

Since posting the above, a large envelope arrived from tesco

 

Contained the credit card app form as posted above

the usual letter from N Berry

credit card agreement attached when card was taken out unsigned although i am concerned that this may have been on the back of the application form

printout of general conditions and a canel the right to cancel form

 

A second agreement unsigned no signiture box for when my card was upgraded i did not ask for this attached in 2 parts

a leaflet of general conditions

a recent statement
