Hello S62!

That sounds good. The 1 hour time slot had me worried, because there was no way on earth they would cover it all in that time.

That either meant they had decided your fate, or were disorganised.

Looks like they were just plain disorganised.

This is a result, because now you can pick the PiddleCon skeleton to bits.

The Court has just handed you a lengthy heads-up on their last minute strategy!

PiddleCon won't like that. They won't like that one bit!

Excellent.

Merry Christmas!

Cheers,

BRW

That's what I was thinking - it didn't look impressive to me at all (from the quick glance that I had at it). I think the Circuit Judge thought the same.

Still, I'll study it carefully and post up for opinions. Merry Xmas.

That is good news.

I hope you get another even handed judge.

Fingers crossed ...

Thanks folks. Remember, in this David & Goliath Struggle, although I have'nt knocked 'em out yet - I've stopped 'em in their tracks.

They were hoping to get £4000 in costs today - which I found interesting. (They would be lucky to get £1 per month - even backed by a Court order)

I'll be ready for them in February.

Should post up their skelly within the next 24 hrs.
