If anyone can help that will be great!

I got a 6k secured loan from GE Money though Freedom Finance in 2006.

I had to sign 3 copies of the agreement (I kept 2 and the 3rd was sent to Freedom Finance). On both the agreements I have they only have my signature and my witness signature. I recently requested from GE Money a true copy of agreement and on the one they sent me it has my signature, my witness signature plus it is signed on behalf of GE Money.

As the hard copies I have are not signed by GE Money or on behalf of them does it mean that the debt is unenforceable? or because GE Money have a copy with my signature, my witness signature and a signature from GE money that it is?
