27 Jan 2009CHGGTEE CARD PYMT FEE, 35.00

26 Jan 2009CHGGTEE CARD PYMT FEE, 35.00

I have started a Debt Management Plan with the CCCS but Natwest are continuing to charge default fees and they are my only creditor not to accept the CCCS offer.

I called them yesterday and the rude woman at Birmingham Collections Cente told me they would send bailiffs, so I ended up giving her a load of abuse :-x I am sick of speaking to them, So I am not going to in the future because I can't help to kick off at them.

What would be your recommended course of action. I have complained to the Ombudsman about the charges and Natwest sent me a budgeting form. Unfortunately, I messed up this form by copying my details from the Debt Management Plan, rather than entering the details from before the plan started.

I have requested a new form from the branches and their call centre but they have not heard of it, and besides they have details of my financial situation from the CCCS plan.

Any advice - In your experience will Natwest eventually accept the offer? I owe them £2500 on my overdraft and £6500. They have been offered around £100 per month. I have been on my DMP for a month.

Can I start to reclaim the charges now. Any advice on the best way to deal with them would be appreciated. I am desperate for them to stop interest and charges like my other creditors.

any help would be appreciated :(

Start the process from the beginning. Firstly send a SAR to NatWest. Furthermore, I would suggest opening an account with another bank.

First letter to NatWest bank. This is a point that you need to be aware of. Without a Final response from the FOS they will automatically send the complaint to the bank concerned.

There is a hardship spreadsheet on the forum, but for the life of me I cannot locate where it is.
