Hi there,

Just completing the form and trying to figure out who to put as the defendent.

We paid our deposit to a LA who then paid the money to the LL.

I've read through various forums that the LL is ultimately responsible, but if you add the LA, there is no cost, and its up to them to figure out who should pay if the court finds against them.

Another issue is that the Tenancy Agreement is with the LL's Investment company, that is not 'Ltd'.

So I figure I should add all 3, the LL, the LA and the company... does this seem unreasonable or wrong? Are there any implication to adding someone that shouldnt be there?

thanks!

also... does it matter that the LBA was sent only to the 'company'?
