Hi.

After sending my prelim letter asking for full charges to be refunded (£140.00) I found they had put 68.00 into my account a couple of days ago. I received a letter in the post stating they have refunded the difference between the £20.00 per fee and £12.00 that OFT suggest.

Can I go for the rest? Or do I have to settle?

Thanks

Great thanks!!

Do I just follow the normal procedure or do I need to send a refusal letter - if so, is there one in the library?

Why can't they make it simple and just refund me the lot!!

Acknowledge their letter and advise them you accept it as partial refund only and that you will be pursuing the rest. I wouldn't send a special letter - just add it to the start of your next letter due (ie letter before action). I'm in the same boat, except the cheeky blighters did it after I'd sent me LBA :)

N1 issued today. Anyone know whether Cap 1 are following a certain pattern or are they a bit random? If they are doing the same thing, any ideas on timescales?
