Hi folks,

I sent out seven CCA requests in all almost a fortnight ago. All have been signed for according to Royal Mail (mostly with one signature for a bundle of mail) except the one for CitiCards.

I sent it to

Citi Cards

PO Box 49920

London

SE5 7ZF

Anyone know if I should send another one, or is there a better address? I got this one from my statement.

Probably be best off sending the request to their registered address

This seems to be a common problem sending CCA requests to PO Boxes! Marking the envelope as payment enclosed seems to help! I tried a little experiment with Cap One! Sent 2 letters by registered post one marked payment enclosed one not! Guess which one got signed for!

I now look on the net for a real address, eg the registered office.

Take Care Jon

OK, some progress, if it can be called that. Standard letter from Citi received in response to my CCA request, accompanied by t&cs (the current ones, not the original ones).

The letter

I know they don't actually have to send a signed agreement as they say, but have they complied otherwise?

Do they have to send a "photocopy" so to speak of the original t&cs, even if the signature and date are blacked out or would the form of wording (in a different) format, be compliant?

A little confused.
