What do you guys think? We're thinking about starting a case against barclaycard for harassment due to the sheer amount of calls with 3-5 minutes gaps they've been making.

As they have been told not to call only to write and that the account is in dispute we feel that we've had enough of them blatantly ignoring our rights! I've written and theatened legal action, I also reported them to the FO and to ICO who have contacted them about their behaviour.

Calls are now reduced to one a day but they still haven't written about our complaint or sent the CCA!!

If the call harassment starts up big time again do you think it's worth taking them to court?

If I do how do I go about getting the forms together and how much does it cost? Would it be cheaper to ask a solicitor to put a letter together regarding harassment?

Jo
