ok so this is wat happened got there an hour early spoke to the duty solicitor and showed him all my paperwork he said no 400 per month is to much i will tell them you are offering 200 per month .i then started to get nervous cos i knew they would accept suspended order on my original offer.

i went and sat outside in waiting room and this young guy come up to me

(didnt look much older than my own son)and said he had a call from capstone 30 minutes ago saying they want to adjourn and just moniter the account.i still didnt believe him . about 45 mins later my name was called went with duty solicitor and young guy and young guy told judge to adjourn she said ok and i left (i didnt even speak)

Probably because the judge would want to know why it was in court when you already have a payment arrangement in place

do you now have to pay £400 a month ON TOP of your original?

yes 400 on top but considering i was paying 1800 back in dec 1000 +400 is a result
